Jean Lechim gave her the passion of yoga and meditation on her first course in 1989. Ten years later, in Senegal where she lived with her family, she started teaching after completing a Sivananda teachers training. She then decided to improve her skills in India with the Iyengar family and continued with an Iyengar teachers training with Christian Pisano and June Whittaker which she completed in 2007. Back in Switzerland, she opened the Atelier de Yoga Espace Heureux in Vevey in 2011. She is currently certified Junior I and is a member of the Swiss Iyengar Association.
Since 2010, she participated to many meditation retreats with Anne Michel of the Mudita Association and was part of her study group of buddhist teachings for 3 years.
Yoga and meditation are an important part of her life. She is grateful to her teachers who have transmitted her this wisdom which guides her towards a harmonious life. She is grateful to her students who allow her to share this wisdom and walk together on the path of mindfulness, happiness and awakening.
