Iyengar Yoga with Patrizia Mazou - Vevey

TEACHER: Certified Sivananda in 2000 and Iyengar in 2007, Patrizia has been practicing since 1989 with Jean Lechim, and since 2005 with Christian Pisano and June Whittaker. She taught in Senegal and in Egypt before opening the Center Yoga Espace Heureux in 2010, in Vevey and in Les Paccots.

COURSE THEME: presentation of yoga main philosophical concepts, practice of sitting, progressive approach of Pranayama. Each day, an emphasis is placed on a particular aspect of the practice of postures. Questions and answers at the end of the day.

SCHEDULE: from 9h30 to 12h30

COST: Frs 250.-
