Patrizia Mazou

PATRIZIA MAZOU

Patrizia has practiced yoga since 1989 with Jean Lechim whose method is inspired by B.K.S. Iyengar, Sivananda, the yoga of energy of Roger Clerc and of Vipassana meditation.

She obtained teacher's certifications in Sivananda yoga in 2000 and in Iyengar yoga in 2007. Since 1999, she has taught in Senegal and Egypt before settling back in Switzerland in 2010.

Since May 2011, she opened and animates the Aterlier de Yoga Espace Heureux in Vevey and also teaches in Les Paccots.

 

PASCAL MONNIER

Pascal has practiced yoga since 1983 with Jean Lechim and since 1993 with Martine LeChenic, a senior Iyengar Yoga teacher. He finished his teacher's training at the Ecole de Yoga de l'Energie in Evian in 1992 and pursued his studies at the Evian Academy for 3 years.

Pascal has been teaching in Bulle, Maracon, Lausanne, Payerne and Vevey since 1991.

 
 

ANNE-SOPHIE STOCKLIN

Anne-Sophie has been practicing since 2005 and has followed a three-year teacher's training with Elena Volet at the Institut Superieur de Yoga in Lausanne where she is pursuing her studies in yoga therapy. She teaches in Montreux and Vevey. 

 

isabelle bianchi-monnier

Isabelle is a teacher by vocation. She is a college teacher in French and Philosophy. Isabelle has been practicing since 1988 with Jean Lechim and since 1993 with Martine LeChenic, a senior Iyengar Yoga teacher. She finished her teacher's training at the Ecole de Yoga de l'Energie in Evian in 1992. Isabelle has been teaching prenatal yoga since the birth of her first child in 1994. Her teachings are inspired by Martine Texier and Doctor Bernadette de Gasquet. Prenatal yoga prepares for giving birth by developing knowledge and control of the pelvic floor and by developing relaxing and energizing breathing. During pregnancy, it develops bonding with the child and optimizes mom's physical shape.
